The Cinnamon Blisskit is one of Morning Rounds’ signature pastries and a perfect example of what happens when comfort and creativity meet. Imagine the best parts of a cinnamon roll and a biscuit brought together in one pastry: crisp, golden edges on the outside, soft gooey layers of brown sugar and cinnamon inside, and a horchata glaze that adds an extra layer of warmth and character. It is familiar enough to crave, but original enough to feel like something you cannot get just anywhere.
